We can provide quotations for many alternative systems including Cavity Drained Membranes, Multi-coat waterproof render systems, Cementicious coatings, liquid and sheet membranes.

Our waterproofing is specified following the guidelines set out in BS 8102 (code of practice for the Protection of Below Ground Structures against water from the Ground) ensuring you get offered the most appropriate system and receive a meaningful Guarantee.

    Damp proofing

    20 year guarantee

    • Injection of new chemical damp proof courses (includes the latest gels and creams)
    • Specialist replastering – not just to nominal heights but inspection so that this extends to the heights required to solve the problem.
    • Newton 800 range of Membranes.

    Timber treatments

    20 year guarantee

    • Spray and paste treatments of retained timbers where a live infestation of wood boring beetle has been identified.
    • Associated replacement works.

    Dry Rot

    20 year guarantee

    • Initial exposure works to establish the full extent of the attack.
    • Surveyor’s updated reports and attendance.
    • Dry rot treatments, including all associated replacement and reinstatement works.
